This beautiful apartment is built in the former Gasthof Drei Türme in Tschagguns, Montafon. It is located in a beautiful spot in the Austrian Alps, with unobstructable views of Schruns and the Hochjoch, part of Silvretta Montafon. Montafon is a popular vacation destination in the Austrian Alps in summer as well as in winter. The distance from the Netherlands is less than 700 km (639 km to Venlo). Tschagguns has its own train station and there are several airports within a circle of 150 km (Innsbruck 148 km, Zurich 139 km, Memmingen 142 km).
In 2020 we built 5 beautiful apartments here. The remaining apartments have already been sold in 2021. Now we are also putting the last apartment, A1, on the market!
The apartments all have the destination "Gäste-Appartement". That means: you can stay in your own apartment as a guest for up to 6 weeks a year. In addition, you benefit from the rental income during the rest of the year.
Apartment A1 has a living area of 119 m2. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 3rd toilet, 2 parking spaces (1 in the garage and 1 outside), a private lockable storage room and is very fully furnished. The full inventory is included in the price.
There is an Owners' Association (VvE, WEG in German) which has a ski cellar with boot dryers and ski racks. There is also a washing machine for you and your guests.
The rental and care of the apartments is in the good hands of the company Alpenfeder (www.alpenfeder.com). Menno and Kristel de Vries take all the work out of your hands, so you can relax and enjoy your apartment and automatically find the rental payments on your account.
The asking price is exklusive VAT and exkl kk. You can reclaim the VAT since you are renting as a business. No agency fees.
