Maison Lambic is a spacious duplex flat above the well-known Moeder Lambik restaurant and is only a few metres from Plopsaland and Plopsaqua. In the street there is also a supermarket, a bowling alley and you can take the tram to the sea. The beautiful nature of the Calmeynbos is not far away either.
This house can accommodate a group of up to 12 people! The light-filled living room and the private, sunny terrace offer a beautiful view of the polders. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine and tumble dryer. There are 4 spacious rooms and 2 bathrooms. On the first floor there is a family room with a double bed, bunk beds and a private bathroom with bath, shower, double washbasin and toilet. On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed. In the fourth bedroom there are 4 single beds. There is a separate toilet in the night hall and a bathroom with shower, bathtub and double washbasin.
In addition to the location, other advantages are the free private parking and the playground at the entrance of the house. The playground is shared with the restaurant on the ground floor.

Zeer ruim en functioneel appartement. Dicht bij alles en stil. Aangenaam verrast. We zullen met plezier terugkeren. Daarnaast zorgt het agentschap dat de huur beheert voor zijn klanten.

De locatie van het appartement is geweldig. In een paar minuten bereikt u het Plopsaland en met de Groupon voucher de vermelding was slechts 31 euro. Evenzo bent u in een paar minuten perfect op een duinpad om met de hond te wandelen. Het winkelcentrum en het tankstation liggen tegenover het hotel, die ook op zondag geopend zijn. De stad ligt op ongeveer 15 minuten lopen en u loopt in 25 minuten naar de zee. Met de auto is het ongeveer 5 minuten rijden. Het appartement is volledig uitgerust je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt het terras is groot om van de avond te genieten. Het steakhouse direct hieronder is zeer aan te bevelen. Het is heerlijk. Er is geen lange wachttijd en je eet helemaal niet in het appartement. Je kunt de straat in het appartement ook niet horen.

Onberispelijk huis groot genoeg voor een groep van 8 super goed geïsoleerd en alle nodige apparatuur en winkels, Plopsaland aan coter hopen we ruimte te hebben voor volgend jaar, omdat we met plezier zullen terugkeren

Het hele huis, het terras, de woonkamer en de slaapkamers zijn zeer mooi en zeer groot.
