Holiday property - La Ferme Dochamps

Our holiday home, with its own charging station for electric cars, is located in the beautiful village of Dochamps. You have a beautiful view of the surrounding hills and the village of Dochamps.
At the front of the house you look out over an authentic and classified square where the "Lavoir" (a former washing place) is located.

The property itself is in a quiet location with little traffic in the street. The property is surrounded by a large garden of 1200 m2. Our property is equipped with all necessary comfort, including a burglary protection with SOS button for your safety.
Our holiday home is very suitable for family parties or group excursions. You can rent it for a group of up to 24 people.
On the ground floor there is a common room where you can eat in a group and a common sitting room with sofas. There are 3 Smart TVs (one with home cinema) and all have digital television. Fast WIFI available.
There are 4 bathrooms at your disposal. All shower rooms have recently been renewed
There is a wellness area with 2 saunas for 4 people, plus a steam shower with sink and fitness equipment. Wonderful to relax after a relaxing walk.
There is a Play Area with Foosball and Air-Hockey table.
Outside there is also an outdoor table tennis table.

For renters with an electric vehicle, our own charging station from NewMotion is available. You can load here with your own charge card.

Our property is wheelchair friendly for max 2 wheelchair users.
All mattresses were recently replaced by comfortable pocket spring mattresses, as well as all pillows (with hygienic cover) were renewed.
There are several sofas on the terrace, which makes it great to stay outside.
In our house you are never together with another group.
We, my wife and myself, are the owners of this house and we do the maintenance of our house and can thus maintain its quality.
