Holiday property - La Lavanderaie

'La Lavanderaie' is a single-story house with private heated pool, located on the southern flank of the Vézère valley 800 km from Brussels. From the house you have a beautiful view of the valley and the town of Terrasson.

The house consists of a spacious living room with open kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a garage. The modern kitchen is very well equipped: ceramic hob, (microwave) oven, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, steam cooker, electric mincer, lots of kitchen utensils, etc.... Two rooms have a double bed, in the third room there are two single beds. The bathroom consists of a large shower with glass door and a sink with double sink. All windows have electric shutters.

Babies and children are welcome. For them there are a lot of things available and free to use: baby bed, baby bath, changing table, baby potty, baby chair, high chair, baby table with chairs and a lot of toys. There is a washing machine in the garage which is also free to use. There is free Wifi and you can watch Belgian and Dutch channels.

The heated swimming pool (10 x 5m), the cozy pool house, the large terrace with ping-pong table or the petanque court will certainly charm you. In the large garden there is a swing, a slide and a playhouse.

Although "La Lavanderaie" is quietly located, you can do your shopping nearby: there is a bakery at 500 m and there are several department stores at less than 3 km. For those who prefer to be pampered, at only 800 m you will find a restaurant where me can dine deliciously and cheaply.

Cublac is located on the border of the Corrèze and the Dordogne in southwestern France. The numerous prehistoric sites (Lascaux, Les-Eyzies, La Roque Saint-Christophe,…), the many caves (Lascaux III, Rouffignac, Grand Roc,… ), the many castles (Hautefort, Beynac-et-Cazenac, Losse…) and the picturesque villages (Sarlat, Collonges-la-Rouge, Saint-Geniès, Saint-Robert, Saint-Amand de Coly,…), the beautiful gardens (Terrasson, Eyrignac, Marqueyssac,…) are within a radius of 45 km. The beautiful and unspoiled nature can be discovered by car, bicycle or on foot. Various (water) sports can also be practiced in the vicinity. Several hiking trails start from Cublac. In short, Cublac is the excellent base to explore the beautiful nature and the many attractions and to experience a unique vacation.
