In the heart of France's Auvergne region, this former railroad hotel stands on the edge of a historic railroad viaduct. The view is amazing, of the railroad bridge and a reservoir.
The house consists of a spacious living room (48m²) with French doors to the terrace. There are 5 bedrooms, including 1 family room with queen-size bed and a 3pers. bunk bed, 3 rooms with a double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds. Two bathrooms, separate toilet, a piece of yard in front of the house with place for barbecue etc.
In less warm periods of the year the house is easy to keep warm with the wood stove in the living room and radiators in the bedrooms and bathrooms and is therefore suitable for all seasons.
Because of the stairs in and around the house, it is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
