Already several years in the rental, our beautiful vacation home the Blackbird,
Robbenoort 121 in Lauwersoog.
The house has been completely renovated and recently painted.


It is a detached recreation house situated in a unique location, both on the edge of the "National Park Lauwersmeer" and "National Park Schiermonnikoog" with in between the beautiful nature reserve "Het Wad", the quietest area in the Netherlands with the cleanest air and more sunshine hours than the average in the Netherlands!

A lovely house with a spacious enclosed garden with lots of privacy.
It is a 5 person house, with 3 bedrooms. The large bedroom has a twin comforter. The bedrooms are also equipped with mosquito nets.

The house has a new kitchen with coffee maker and Senseo,
combi microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, pressure cooker.
The house has underfloor heating, the bedrooms have central heating radiators.
Also, all sockets have built-in child protection.
There is a bbq and a small freezer in the garden house.
Possibly crib / highchair on request.
There is free wifi available.

The Blackbird does not have agreement charging point for an electric car. Charging through the grid is not allowed. If afterwards it appears that you did use this, we will charge you.

In consultation a pet is allowed, maximum 2 small dogs.
Cottage is close to the playground.
Property has two lovely sunny terraces, equipped with garden chairs.
Within walking distance is the Lauwersmeer and the Wadden Sea.
In the vicinity of Lauwersoog is a mountain bike route of 19 km.

Supermarkets nearby are Zoutkamp and Anjum and the camp store on the grounds of Siblu.





Prices are for occupancy of 5 persons or less.

January through April ¤395.00 per week. (Vacation ¤470,00)
May and June ¤470,00 per week. (vacation ¤570,00)
July and August ¤720,00 per week.
September ¤470,00 per week.
October ¤455.00 per week (autumn vacation ¤480.00).
November and December ¤445.00 per week.
Christmas and New Year ¤520,00 per week.

In the months of March, April, May, June, July, August, September and October only week rental possible with changeover day Friday.

Weekend/midweek rental possible: from ¤325,00
Prices do not include final cleaning and tourist tax.

Compulsory final cleaning is ¤55,00.
Bed linen for rent for ¤6,00 per person!
Possibly a small dog can come along (¤10,00 for a midweek/weekend or ¤20,00 per week).

Tourist tax is ¤1,50 pppn. We have to pay this to the municipality of Het Hogeland.
Unfortunately no cats are allowed.
Use of internet for free!

Rent includes kitchen and bathroom linen. (Bath towels, washcloths, tea towels,
dishcloths and towels)

A wood-fired hot tub can also be rented:

Rental hot tub week ¤125,00
Rent hot tub midweek or weekend ¤100,00:
(hot tub is provided with clean water upon arrival. Upon departure we drain and clean it. Incl. unlimited wood, and kindling etc)

When using hot tub, bring slippers and bathrobe/towel!



A boat landing can also be rented for E25,00 per week!
