Holiday property - Lutje Wier`n

Unwind at our vacation farm Lutje Wier`n!

In the beautiful village of Lutjegast lies our vacation farm, it is a complete house with lots of privacy and space in and around the house.
The house has a spacious dining / sitting room with spacious kitchen, bedroom with double bed and shower with bath on the first floor. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds.
There is also a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and wifi.
There is also a spacious garage for storing bicycles.
You can enjoy the tranquility with the beautiful view over the meadows along the canals and grazing sheep or sheep but you can also go hiking or biking on the various hiking and biking trails in the area such as the Abel Tasman route. Also the nature reserve Lauwersmeer is within cycling distance and for shopping you can go by bike or by car to Grootegast where all amenities are present. Also a day trip to the city of Groningen or Leeuwarden which can be reached quickly by car or train via Grijpskerk is certainly a possibility!
In short, whether you want to enjoy the peace and quiet, a relaxing vacation and want to see nature and the surroundings or whether you want to involve a base, everything is possible at Lutje Wier`n!

The rental period concern one week 600 euro, 2 weeks 1100 euro. There is also the possibility to rent a midweek or weekend then the rent is 400 euros this is excluding bed linen (which can be rented) and cleaning 50 euros.

There is a deposit of 100 euros which will be refunded if left in good condition.
There is no rent to groups of youth.
