In the heart of Tuscany, this beautiful well-maintained new farmhouse with swimming pool !! Welcome to Agriturismo Mara estate located on 50 hectares of land consisting of vineyards, olive groves and, oh so beloved rolling Tuscan hills!
A short distance away lie the famous medieval towns like Volterra (33 km), San Gimignano (18 km ), Florence (about 38 km), Pisa (about 58 km), Lucca (about 58 km), Siena (about 58 km), Gambassi, Certaldo (9 km), Monteriggioni (35 km) etc . etc.
Shops and restaurants are only 3 km distance (Castelfiorentino).
Lovely walks, horse and bike rides are possible.
There is a horse riding school and a fishing pond so that a fishing line can be thrown out!

This spacious apartment on the first floor consists of a cozy kitchen with dishwasher, electric four-burner stove with oven, kettle and fridge freezer. Sofa bed for one adult or two children.
Two bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin. In each apartment, an extra bed can be placed for a child (¤ 10, - per day)
Also present are free WIFI, TV with satellite, heating and air conditioning !
Obviously there is on the ground floor opportunity nice to eat outside.
