Lovely holiday home in the heart of Tuscany with swimming pool for sole use for large families or friends. 4-6 bedrooms, 3 kitchens, 3 bathrooms.

What could be better than spending a holiday with the whole family in a villa with a private swimming pool for your sole use?

The entire house is rented out in its entirety during the high season! The swimming pool is exclusively for our guests!

There are three apartments. Each apartment is equipped with: flat screen TV, Wi-Fi internet connection, USB adapter, electric oven, fridge, freezer, fully equipped kitchen, hairdryer, bathroom set, sheets, duvet, pillows. For a fee you can use a washing machine.

Each apartment has its own private space with table and chairs, but you can also place the tables and chairs together to have breakfast, lunch and dinner together.

The house has thick walls to keep the heat out. However, each room has a fan.

The farm is located just 2.4 km from the historic center of Castiglion Fiorentino, where you can find all the essential services.

The first large supermarket is 1.2 km away.

The outdoor area consists of a large, fully fenced garden divided into different areas, including the swimming pool (8x4 m) with sun terrace, the children's area, the barbecue and the relaxation areas.

Guests also have the opportunity to taste the products of the Giglio, such as oil, vin Santo, wine, jam, vegetables and freshly collected eggs.

Sara and Roberto live at the back of the villa so that guests have their complete privacy but can also ask for help and advice when they need it.

Roberto organizes mountain bike and road bike tours throughout the Umbria-Tuscan territory with a certified guide and the possibility to rent E-BIKES
