Holiday property - Vakantiehuis in Castricum aan Zee

This nature cottage is located in the Front House of a North Holland long-house stolp, situated at the foot of the North Holland Dune Reserve, on the outskirts of the village and farm field. The farmhouse was built in 1930 and was completely renovated in 1930s style in 2012. The owners live in the stable/tolp so they are close by but all privacy is guaranteed. There is generous entrance, where you can store coats and boots. In the spacious and cozy living room with windows on 3 sides, there is a large dining table and a nice sitting area with TV. Of course, there is excellent wifi. The dining kitchen invites you to enjoy cooking and overlooks the vegetable garden. Usually the owners bring you some goodies from the harvest. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms (with fitted wardrobes) and a luxury bathroom including bath, walk-in shower and views. In the garden are several seating areas with a picnic table and easy chairs, in or out of the sun, in or out of the wind. For the kids there is a large lawn to play soccer.
