It is a cozy summer house with the following layout.
Living room with sitting area and dining area,
kitchen. 2 separate bedrooms. One bedroom with a 2
person box spring.
One bedroom with two 1-person box spring. At your request we can also put a crib.
Also, the bathroom is located upstairs between the 2 bedrooms.
In the bathroom there is a sink and shower. In the
rent are linen, gas,
water and electricity included. Wifi for free. The summer house has
central heating. Possibly there is
storage space for bicycles. And in consultation you can use
a washer and dryer.
Parking is with the paper parking card
Cleaning fee € 40, - and tourist tax € 2.00 pp / pn are exclusive.

Pets in consultation. Distance from the beach is 150 mtr. Distance from the village and supermarket 50 meters.
There is also a cozy terrace with garden furniture.
The garden faces south.
We rent in the months of July and August only per week.

"Gezellig vakantiehuisje"

Een leuk knus huisje met prachtige kunst en de allerliefste gastvrouw die je maar kan bedenken.huisje is schoon en voorzien van alles wat nodig is.
Zelfs altijd verse bloemetjes op tafel... ze vragen niet de hoofdprijs....superfijn verblijf.wij kunnen niet wachten tot het september is.groetjes uit Groesbeek

Wij hebben een paar dagen tijdens de halve marathon dit huisje gehuurd van mevrouw de Graaff. Wat een ontzettend leuk, schoon en gezellig huisje en vooral een lieve eigenaresse. Alle kamers waren super schoon en gezellig ingericht. Een absolute aanrader en in de toekomst komen wij zeker nog eens terug !!
