Behind the complex you will find a supermarket Consum, pharmacy, bus stops (all just behind the complex!), restaurants, bars,.... You can take the bus (about 4 stops) to the La Marina Shoppingcenter, Makro, Mercadona, Lidl, Aldi, Wok restaurant, KFC and all kinds of restaurants. For Benidorm center, it is about 20 min ride by bus 2 or 3. If you take bus 23 of 54 you can visit the fishing village Villajoyosa. Market day there is thursday in the morning..

Re electricity :
If the airconditioning/heating is used continuously, normal consumption will exceed normal consumption and additional costs will be charged.
Please take care!
In the event of excess consumption, only the difference will be deducted from your deposit. If you have consumed less, we will refund the difference/residue to your account. You only pay the actual electricity costs used.

No pets!
A small dog on request only for long term stays!
An additional cost will be charged for cleaning or damage.

Smoking only allowed on the terrace. (smoke detectors available)
