Our luxury villa with 2 full apartments and private pool is located 1.9 kilometers from the beaches of Calpe
Detached house with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surroundings and the 332 meter high rock El Peñon de Ifach of Calpe! Very conveniently located in a quiet residential area on the edge of the fishing village of Calpe. Here you will find a cozy center with many restaurants and nice shops, a weekly market with vegetables, fruit, clothes and jewelery on Saturday. Once back at your holiday home you can enjoy the peace and especially the view. The view and the entrance of the plot caught our breath during the first visit!
Add to this view the well maintained and well furnished villa with spacious plot (1000 m2) and your vacation is complete. The children can enjoy themselves in the lovely private swimming pool while you admire the view on a deckchair with a cool drink.

Difficult to leave your villa and set off from this well-kept location, but you will want to discover more of the area. You drive to the Sierra de Bernia, a paradise for mountain hikers where untrained hikers can also pick up their hearts. Do you prefer cycling instead of walking? That is possible too! Calpe is known for its 2 large boulevard with bay and the huge 'Ifach' rock (332m2). Here is a nature park with unique vegetation and more than 300 species of animals. It is a protected colony for seabirds that use it as a nest area. You can reach the park by a roadvia , and enjoy the panoramic view over the entire Marina Alta coast. Of course you can also relax and taste Spanish tapas while enjoying a glass of sangria on the boulevard!

Calpe with its long boulevards and many terraces is only a few minutes away by car. For the children you can drive to Benidorm for the water park Aqualandia or of course to the beautiful sandy beaches of Calpe or Moraira.

You also have water fun at home, in and around the large salt water private swimming pool, heated in the early and late season by solar. Around it is the sun terrace with sun beds and a lovely covered terraces. There are several seating areas with good garden furniture in the brightly vegetated, enclosed garden: with the stone BBQ the green egg or the large Broil King makes the real griller a perfect meal with, for example, or on a balcony overlooking your domain with 2 outdoor kitchens and 3 BBQ
