Big Villa in Alberic ( Valencia )

This beautiful villa is situated on one of the Valencia's most prestigeus urbanisation San Cristobal in Alberic.
Easy acces to the lovely town of Alberic in just 5 minutes,there you have a good choice of cafe's, bars, restaurants, shops al kind.
There is also a metrolink provided easy acces to Valencia city,Alzira and to the coast and airport.
For those who like fisching there is a big lake in Tous a few kilometres away and also in Antella a nice place to go swimming or canoing on the river only 8 km from the house .
There is even a restaurant just arround the corner of the house, so you dont have to go verry far there is in summertime a small shop by the restaurant so you find the most importing things like bread ,oil ,toiletarticles ,vegtables.
The villa is verry spacious with central heating for the winter and airco for summer there is a logburner in the livingroom.
All the furniture are from good quality.
There is a big fully fitted kitchen compleet with 2 fridges, dishwascher,koffemachine,kettle,toaster etc....

arround the pool everything is terrased +/- 200 m ,totaly private and a big garden with lots of fruittrees and chaded places a BBQ a private car parking and a gated entrance.
