Our renovated luxury corner apartment is located right by the sea in Fuengirola South Spain Costa del Sol. A large, lovely, sunny, bright and cozy corner apartment for 4 people, right on the beach (first line) of Fuengirola. The apartment complex is called Doņa Sofia Bloque 1. A short distance from the famous golf courses of southern Spain, such as Marbella, Mijas, Malaga and surroundings.
N.B.we would appreciate to meet in advance in person at our office in Almere Buiten flevoland and then pass on the keys and information.

Luxury corner apartment on the sun (completely renovated) with extra large balcony of approximately 24 m2., almost all day sun (south), only separated by the pleasant promenade from the beach of Fuengirola, on the second floor of the apartment complex Doņa Sofia (incl. elevator).Bloque 1, with balcony and views of beautiful, quiet green courtyard garden with palms and the sea.

Location:
The complex (Dona Sofia) is located on the Boulevard, at the edge of the old town center with many stores, pubs and restaurants, and about a 20-minute drive from Malaga airport. There are also several restaurants and cafes within 10 steps walk from the apartment including on the Boulevard and the streets behind it. The beautiful and world famous Spanish Golf courses can be found at 15 min. driving distance. The famous beach bars Ponderosa and Gali Gali are across the street from the apartment.
For people who know Fuengirola a bit, the apartment is situated opposite hotel Occidental (formerly las Piramides), in the south of town, towards the castle and 8 minutes walk from the port.

Classification:
The apartment is in very good condition: marble floors,
ornaments on the ceilings, air conditioning and heating, special paintings on the walls, etc. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (room for 4 people) with spacious closets and ceiling fans, a renovated bathroom with spacious shower and toilet.
We also have a totally new kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven and microwave.
Water, soft drinks, linen, towels (incl. beach), cleaning and washing products, cooking utensils - such as pots, pans, cutlery, coffee, tea, spices etc. - are at your disposal.
A spacious living room with dining table, coffee table and ceiling fan, 2 leather sofas and flat screen satellite TV (Dutch channels), air conditioning / heating and a BIG Balcony (24 m2) facing South overlooking the quiet green courtyard, from where you can also partly see the sea.
The complex has its own security at night and the Spanish concierge named Senor Amador is always ready to help with anything.
By the way, this does not mean that it is an unsafe neighborhood!

It is necessary that the dates match the previous- or the next booking as much as possible!

Prices do not include one-time cleaning costs, laundry and wifi and little air conditioning costs. ¤120,00 assuming 1 or 2 weeks rent.
After that ¤30,00 extra per week for energy, water and Wifi costs.

Departure times in consultation between 9.00 and 10 am

We would like you to pick up the key personally in Almere Buiten before we can rent the apartment to you. Then we can get acquainted, and give you some extra information about the apartment and its surroundings.
The time and date for this can easily be agreed upon.
We also ask you to bring a copy of your identity card.

NOTE.
It is up to YOU to take out adequate travel sickness insurance.
This does not seem to be a problem in most cases.
