Holiday home Schavuit is a new, comfortable and modern holiday home, suitable for a maximum of 6 persons and a baby. Very quietly located in the forest in the middle of Terschelling just behind the dunes of Midsland Noord.

Layout holiday home

In the living room (50 m²) you will find a corner sofa and an armchair with a 4K HDR OLED Smart TV, a Sonos Arc Soundbar and a Sub subwoofer. There is a round dining table with six chairs. The living room has sliding doors to the terrace in the sitting area and in the dining room. The open kitchen has a kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso machine with milk foamer, toaster, juicer, mixer, everything from Smeg.
There is also a refrigerator, separate freezer, baking oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and an induction hob with extractor hood. In the hall on the north side of the Schavuit is a separate toilet with fountain.
The holiday home has 3 bedrooms, all rooms have 2 single beds with single duvets. All beds are Swiss Sense beds (size 80 x 200 cm). There is one bedroom on the ground floor with a separate shower, bath, washbasin with bathroom furniture. The two other bedrooms are upstairs with each bedroom having its own shower, sink with bathroom furniture. On the upper floor is a separate toilet with fountain. A high chair and a cot are provided as standard. On the terrace at the sliding door is an 8-person lounge set (garden chair cushions available). On the west side is a separate patio with a patio table and chairs suitable for 8. The entrance on the south side has a storage room to store any beach equipment, toys, stroller, coats and boots.
The washing machine and dryer are available in the storage room on the top floor. The holiday home is self-sufficient (solar panels) and is evenly heated by means of a heat pump. All rooms can be set at your own discretion.

The holiday home is child-friendly. Pets are not allowed. Free WiFi is available. The total area of the holiday home is 125 m². Holiday home Schavuit is located on a large private plot of 1200 m2, which means it has a very spacious garden all around. In the garden there is a swing for the children. The property is non-smoking.

Holiday home Schavuit is very quietly located with a long private driveway on the Duinweg. The large garden is surrounded by greenery, which ensures a lot of privacy. The terraces are situated on the west and south sides. The holiday home has its own parking space and charging station. Finally, the bus stop, bakery, bike rental and restaurants are within walking distance.
